La última película de Evangelion presentó su primer teaser trailer, de tan solo 30 segundos, donde vemos las primeras imágenes del cierre de esta tetralogía de películas. Evangelion 3.0 + 1.0 tuvo varios contratiempos que retrasaron su realización, Evangelion 3.0 fue estrenada en el año 2012, pero ahora todo marcha sobre ruedas y ademas, tenemos confirmada la fecha de estreno para junio de 2020.
